I love Juice it up. I walked in hoping to get served. No one greeted me. No one acknowledged my presence nor did anyone tell me... that they would be right with me. Instead, the workers were so caught up with making drinks. It almost felt intentional. Mindyou, I was the only one in line. I am sure there is so much more going on behind closed doors, and maybe they were fulfillingonline orders. It?s just the principle, had someone spoke with me (or provided some sort of service) I would?ve felt likeservice was provided and I would?ve waited. But I waited and was ignored. Read more
This is my favorite place to get a snack I love everything there except the fact that they use frozen yogurt base concentrated... juice or something in their bowls I really think that they should just make each one fresh like some of the stores do but everytime I go here I get a frozen lump of yogurt base and some frozen blueberries or bananas which is not as good as fresh butoverall I love juice it up and the service here was good. Lady working was super nice. Service was quick. Place was clean. Sanitizer available which was nice. Juice was good. The... strawberry is tasty. The green juice tasted soo sweet it was mostly sherbet flavor. Had spinach but tasted unhealthy too sweetlol. The acai bowl is good but not the best in the city. Bathrooms were closed. First, let me say I have started coming here almost daily for my juice and shot and they taste great. My lower star review is... because I always need to order first thing in the morning and according to google and the app, they open at 8am and there havebeen times that I have successfully ordered at 8am. However, more times than not, when I place an order on the app it willkicks back saying they are not open yet. I even call to check but no answer. This is frustrating. So either your employees areshowing up late, or you need to change your hours posted to reflect the correct information. Read more
Was looking for an açai bowl in Redlands and this is the spot that I chose. Came here around 5 PM and there was no one in line.... The woman who was working was so helpful. She was literally so helpful I thought about calling the manager and saying howhelpful she was. I grabbed an açai bowl and had blueberries and strawberries on top. I made sure to add peanut butter to it.Look at all that peanut butter. Then she also said he was a side of granola just in case I didn?t have enough. While I waseating outside she even came and offered me more. This lady literally deserves customer service award of the year!!! Read more
They have great açaí bowls and friendly staff. I wish they would accept Amax and Apple Pay.
This place is awful the lady didn?t want to take my order of two drinks because she was working on a order, and was too busy,... really? No customer service skills most ppl would take the order and continue with the pick up order! I can Tell she was annoyedand didn?t want to be there, literally did not take my order and told me to leave! Awful I hope her manager sees this! Today is8/11 332pm or maybe the owner doesn?t care and has her Overworked! Horrible customer service furthermore the person picking uporder wasn?t there! They refused to give service my son had to witness it.
