Living so close I have given this location countless chances, but I have now decided I am better off driving 12min to the next... Little Caesars. There is never an associate at the register to take orders, and even ordering ahead I've had to wait anadditional 30min+ several times, or I have to yell at the back just to get someone to hand me my undercooked pies for pickup.Ridiculous if you ask me, definitely needs new management and a new team all around. I would give 0 stars if I could. None of the employees wanted to help the manager with customers because they all wanted to be... in the back so they told him they didn?t know how to do any of the computer stuff.. The shift leader or supervisor was only atthat store helping them so the employees did not respect this man. This is just one of many experiences that I have had at thisstore so, if you can find one A little further then just do yourself a favor! they do not respect the apps portal times at all. Read more
Places an online order, and they had me wait close to an hour for my order that I was told was ready. Got the order completely... wrong even after I showed them my order. Highly disappointed. I do not recommend ordering from these guys. This is not the firsttime this has happened. Read more
This is the worst Little Caesars in the world. Either their ownership or their management are terrible. They can't open on time... and they can never have a pizza ready on time. They must pay a really bad wage and not able to hire workers. I will be surprisedif they don't go out of business very soon Read more
About a month ago I ordered here same pies 1 detroit deep dish and 1 hawaiin, Middle was raw, undercooked. This time i ordered 2... pies again just giving them a 2nd chance and same result raw/undercooked. Might as well sell the dough??????????? everyone iscommenting how they waited 1 hour. Wow I can?t believe how much this place ahas gone downhill since I last visited. Ordered from the app and took over an hour then... when came to pick up it still was not ready. Manager didn?t seem to know anything as to why my order was not ready at the timeit was supposed to be. Will NOT come back to this store again Read more
Some days are fine, but some days are complete tragedies with timing and staffing. Multiple times I've ordered a pizza that... supposed to be ready in 15-20 minutes only for it to take almost an hour to be ready. When you arrive at the store it's likethe VA hospital. People with PTSD from waiting in the lobby and employees that literally refuse to come to the front to talk tothe dozen angry people looking for answers. Even after you get notified your order is ready to be picked up, you have to waitanother 10 minutes to talk to some unfortunate soul who will get your order for you.
