I order here all the time and have my order on REPEAT!! How is it all of a sudden only 1 of my pizza's came out different and... messed up!! These people didn't even wanna take responsibility and I wasted money cause they didn't wanna make me a new one forthe same price I ordered, they gave a cheaper regular pizza!! Wow. Let me say I absolutely love the portal. It is convenient. Ordered pizza at 7:22. App told me it was ready at 7:52 was told... it was going to take 6 more mins but took more like 10 more minutes... But that is not what I am really upset about. What I amupset about is the garbage management of the staffing. There was only one person to take orders, make pizza, and cut pizza. Iordered 3 stuffed crust pepperoni. The talented gentleman had let my last pizza sit and it was burnt to hell. I had 4 hungrykids at home waiting for dad to bring home the pizza and come to find one of my pizzas is torched. The man was obviouslyoverwhelmed. At least he had a great attitude manning the sinking ship. And why? Because someone didn't think it was necessaryfor at least ONE person to observe the food being cooked? What a shame. Read more
Okay, corporate pizza on the go. No dine in. Take out only. I'm not a big fan of pizza, but my wife loves the stuff crust... supreme. Do yourself a favor and use their phone app. The app saves your favorites, is super fast and no waiting in lines.Handicapped access is a pain. It's not close to the entrance. There is a high curb in front of the building and the handicapparking is 30 yards away. ???? Read more
Dunno if it was the time of night but I did have to wait 20 mins before my food was ready. I did order a emb pepp crazy style... with breadsticks. Was ready in the 20 mins and the quality was amazing! Best little caesars I've been to keep up the great work!If your pressed for time I suggest placing an order over the phone or on the app though... Read more
