This has happened to us twice and we have seen this done to other people. While placing an order at the drive thru people take... cuts right in front of you because of the open gap. Probably order from the app, and are Uber Eats and they dont want to wait inline. Something needs to be done before there is an accident or worse confrontation. Read more
Labor Day night. Got out of work late and most food places were closed. Decided to come to the nearest McDonald?s with my dogs... since they were cooped up inside all day in this God forsaken heat. The worker at the drive through window was an absolutedelight. My dogs each got a whip cream treat. The worker?s friendliness made the longer-than-usual wait time (probably from thebusy night and understaff issue) totally ignorable. If any management sees this review, give this worker a raise or at least abonus, please. Read more
Drive thru is pretty fast. The customer service could be better. We were told we couldn't order large orange juice with our... order, only to see large orange juices being served inside. Hmmmm? It's not just about the juice though. It was the attitudes atthe window. A customer shouldn't have to greet the employee. I'm just saying. Read more
Been coming to this McDonald's since I was a wee one getting the Happy Meals and even got the tour in Kindergarten. I ordered... through the app and everything was as ordered except a missing fork. Other than the traffic making this location difficult toaccess, service is still exactly what you expect a McDonald's to be. Read more
If I can give them less stars than this I would I?m always in this drive thru atleast 30 mins that?s even if the drive through... is open most of the time they have comes in the drive thru so you can?t go through but advertise that they are 24 hours Read more
Came here Monday March 21 during the afternoon, my fries were stale and crunchy, I ordered two happy meals and two regular large... meals. I called and The male manager was nice enough to replace them with 3 large fries he stated ?come back anytime that hewould write my name in the book?. I come back today April 10 and the male manger Chris was rude with an attitude when I stated Iwanted my food fresh to avoid the same issue and I told him about my 3 free fries he states there was ?no note and the othermanager didn?t text in the group chat about the issue?. I explained to him the situation and he didn?t resolve anything, I paidfor my food regularly full price with 3 large fries. I GET MY LARGE FRIES AS MEDIUM SIZE Because they don?t know how to properlyfill up fries. Poor customer service, I will be there tomorrow to speak to the manager and will be contacting corporate. Came to MC Donald?s for the only reason anyone does it?s cheep and I?m trying to save money while I was in between pay checks.... Drinks are over the normal price at any other McDonald?s. prices look okay maybe raised a bit. Haven?t been eating McDonald?smuch anymore to be easily able to compare but I had points expiring soon so I used them for a QPC. No issues with burger far asI can tell wont know until later lol will update if I get sick or something. Read more
