Who?s giving out portions at this location? Are you guys rationing, or is there a new policy implemented? If anything you guys... could let us know before we spend money on less than standard portions compared to literally any other Panda Express. I?m payingfull price for a plate that has the same amount of food as a bowl. Don?t spend your money on this Panda Express, go to anotherone to get your actual money?s worth. Read more

It?s not even 5pm? why are the doors locked??? Also I called ahead to verify there way Apple Pay. I was told there is but ONLY... INSIDE. So when I arrived at 4:50pm the door was unlocked I went inside and was told that I needed an online order. I placed theorder went back and the door it locked. This is ridiculous. No wonder this location has terrible ratings. Not to mention thatafter all of this the food was garbage. This Panda is a waste of time and money. Read more

Very disappointed with this place. They mess up my order. They give some other item stead. N to top it off, the item was expired... with some mold in it. I would leave a photo of it. I called many times (10+) to the restaurant and no body would pick up myphone called. ???? Read more

Annabelle the manager needs to be fired. Check your receipts everybody. She rounds up your meal to an entré without your... permission. Annabelle took my order and the receipt said Alex. She's a shady person. When I called back she saw no problem withwhat she did. We won't be going back. Thank you Annabelle. Read more

Went in for lunch, noticed the brocolli beef was not looking the best (little meat, mostly brocolli) but went for it anyway.... Ended up being 1 small/medium piece of beef to every 7 brocolli and basically 0 sauce/seasoning. Just kinda cooked flavorlessbrocolli. Also ordered a soda only to find the Dr pepper was out of syrup. Told a worker who said she would have someone changeit, waited 10 minutes to eventually tell the manager who told me they were out and someone should have told me already. Askedfor a soda refund only to be pressured to take an extra food item instead. I refused and then was offered a soda for a futurevisit instead of a refund. I still pushed for the refund which was reluctantantly given. Definitely not coming back. Read more

Party of three on a Saturday at 426pm. 1person a head of us and in 5 min we where seated and eating. It was busy after us. Dine... in sit down area very clean and spaced apart. The Air conditioner was blowing cold on hot summers day. Dine in area filled upbut still felt that it was not crowded. I always order my food to go so that if any leftovers are already in containers. Foodwas great and we enjoyed each other's company while we ate. Corner location easy street access. Return customer for sure. Read more

Rice was crunchy and undercooked. Told manager. They continued to still use it and give it to customers. Did not even try a... sample herself to see if it was really cooked. Its like they were used to complaints. Another customer came up and complainedtoo. Didn?t make a difference. Won?t be going back. Read more

Friendly staff, portions are good. Chow mein wasn't burn, and my Kung Pao was actually spicy. I even asked for a refill and... she was very accommodating. We customers are aware that times are changing, now besides customers and drive thru there areonline orders, this is a good problem to have but not one to make your customers pay for. It took 10 minutes standing there toeven get acknowledged and place an order. It shouldn't be a customer problem because one is on the clock, the owners andmanagement should make sure to staff better or change their system. All orders are still getting picked from the same place,which causes delays and food to run out. You need to change with the times and set up another food set up so that all orderscan be fulfill in a timely manner. Also, please be a little more generous with your meat servings, my broccoli and beef shouldjust be broccoli, only two pieces of beef present. Panda is already more expensive than other chinese restaurants, so pleasedon't hold back. Read more
