I do t know the communication between papa John?s and this location, but if there is any between online ordering and the store... (i can hear them in the background and know they know what is going on), cancel an order or figure it out, so sad! Read more
I have to admit they got pretty good pizza at least at the Papa John's on Tennessee in Redlands. I have been there three or four... times in the last month or two and they've been consistently good got my order right every time Read more
I was working across the street tonight changing a pole. I came in right before closing Amanda had no problem taking our order... for three large pizzas. Pizza was done fast and Amanda had great customer service. Read more
Terrible customer service! I placed a large order and told my order will take 30-45 mins. An hour passed by so I called and said... my order was a minute away. Well 15 more minutes passed and nothing so I called and spoke to Crystal the manager. She said itwas delivered 15 mins ago which left me in shock because I waited in the house by front door expecting the pizza to come. Iopened the door and it was left on a chair near front door! The driver didn?t knock or ring the door bell. No one even called. Itold her that was not ok because now the food is cold. Crystal was unprofessional and didn?t offer to discount or apologize. Shejust informed me she had customers in lobby waiting to order. I will not be ordering from this place again due to poor customerservice and delivery errors. Read more

In the past the pizza and service was good, but it has gone downhill. They've been pretty late the past few times I've ordered... delivery -- and the delivery fee is higher than ever! I just ordered from here a few days ago, and I think that will be my lasttime. It took over an hour to arrive (double the estimated time). The pizza was cold, and one of them wasn't even cut! The Papadias were good...but the pizza and the jalapeño poppers were absolute trash. The pizza crust was doughy, uncooked, and... the cheese seemed old. The pizza taste was the worst I?ve tasted in any pizza. Read more
