This store usually delivers hot and delicious pizza. Today was an exception. It was cold, not fresh and just plain awful.

This pizza hut was very good. The cashier's were friendly. The pizza was beautiful. And hot. I think pizza hut kinda raised... their prices. Just because they have wing street. Well I worked at pizza hut corporate restaurant witch had a salad bar wingstreet. And the prices were always affordable. I worked at pizza hut. Medina Ohio. We will just say a long time. Lol. 0 stars given! Just made me select 1 to be able to leave review. Worst pizza and service ever!!!! Spent over $136 for 4... pizzas and order of wings to be delivered. Took over an hour and when delivery came, they were missing 2 of the pizzas. Had todrive to the location FROM work to get the other 2 pizzas!!!! Had 1 vegan - spicy veggie pizza (only one with specialinstructions for no dairy) all others were normal pizzas. THEY EVEN FORGOT PIZZA ON SUPREME STUFFED CRUST PIZZA!!!!!!!! Nodiscount given. Waiting 2 hours for a delivery, I wanted to eat earlier, my mistake for ordering. Then I was worried about the delivery since... the driver was over 15mins from the expected time. I called the place, and I began to speak, and whoever picked up the phonewent, hello? Are you there and put me back on hold without waiting! I called back, and I talked to another person and wanted tocancel my order, but the pizza arrived just then. It was stiff, hard, and cold. Please do better. I could not even eat it! Read more
I love Pizza Hut but idk what?s up with this location, had a delivery order and it was cold and hard and when I had it remade it... was still super thin crust and it was hard barely any sauce or cheese. :/ unhappy possibly the worst pizza I?ve ever ordered mybf was even mad for wasting money on this! Pizza was super thin for a three topping large pizza. I buy the same order from other pizza huts at way better quality. Take a... few minutes to drive to another pizza hut or go to papa johns across the street imo. Read more
Worst place got a pizza pepperoni and green peppers pinnaple breadsticks. No pinnaple on pizza and marinara sauce had the whole... lid covered in mold!!! MOLD FROM A WHILE!!! THE WHOLE LID WAS COVERED IN MOLD WHEN YOU OPENED IT. Never got my "credit" back!Worst place nasty Read more
