Food was good, nothing spectacular. Really enjoyed the strawberry lemonade. The burgers were very juicy and huge. The loaded... fries in the photo were pretty good, i would recommend. Our server forgot a couple items including an Oreo Shake which we thenhad to get to-go (Which was very tasty btw). You also get little to no privacy from surrounding booths and tables. The food here was horrible. Our burgers were barely warm. All the major ingredients on our burgers were missing e.g. candied... bacon, bourbon sauce etc. The fries were stale and cold (also not bottomless). After we addressed these issues with our waiterhe said he'd adjust it on the bill due to it being close to closing. When I received the bill I was shocked and disappointed tosee that he had discounted $4 off our meal. Don't go here! They suck???????? Read more

We had excellent service. They us we d technology the best advantage. The waitress took our drink orders on her phone and then... our food order. As she walked away to the next table our drinks arrived less than 30 seconds. Wow! Then even though therestaurant was packed our order arrives in about 10 minutes. Overall a great experience between the speed of the orderresponses and the Profesional and courteous service. Read more

This Red Robin is an outstanding location! IMO this is one of the best managed restaurants around and a big part of that is the... great staff. The wait time here can be a little long but it?s because this is a popular location and they seem to try theirbest to get you seated quickly. The menu is great and offers a good variety of options. Anytime we?ve ever had an issue withthe food, which is a rare occurrence, they easily took care of it immediately with no hassle whatsoever. We love thefood/drinks here and always walk away very satisfied. I think what makes the service here so great is that all of the waitstaff seem to help each other by getting food and drinks out to the customers as soon as it is ready and no matter if they areor are not your waiter/waitress. The food here always comes out so fast. I was here recently and it was ridiculously busy, asusual. I had asked my waitress for a second beer and before I even had time to take that last swallow, my next beer was on thetable. It really is impressive how well this restaurant is run. We dropped in on the weekend to have lunch with the family. After a 20 minutes wait we were guided to our booth. Drinks orders... and appetizers were taken and delivered, after which we ordered our food Not bad, 15 minutes later we had our delicious chickentenders burgers, fries and desert rolls. Refills on drinks were delivered without us asking and after a nice lunch we left togo about our afternoon shopping. Great experience, friendly wait staff and good food. Read more
