I ordered online. Got there and there was like 15 people waiting. The poor employee was working the sandwiches and the register... all alone. I felt badly for her. I did get my sandwich quick because it was already made but I won?t return on my lunch breakagain because I can?t guarantee what the crowd will be like or who the employees will be. The manager should be there to help ifpeople call in sick. Not a good business model. But kudos to the lady working alone. Read more

It was really hard to order when the lady taking the order doesn?t know or speak any English. She didn?t know what the breads... were, what the meats were, what mayo was or anything else. The manager had to translate as she was taking more orders becausethey were really busy. The other employee who was a male didn?t speak loud enough and struggled ringing up the order. I seriously don't get it... I order online, and the online order is very easy to use, and it prints EXACTLY what you order for... the employee to make your sandwich. So why if I order a sweet onion teriyaki sandwich with green peppers do I get a teriyakisandwich with no sweet onion sauce and cucumbers?? Once would be ok, but the LAST 3 TIMES they couldn't get it right. So longsubway! Read more

Talk about attitude. I have a food allergy. Asked for fresh gloves and got attitude and "I just put them on". I explained... that I had not seen it and the two of them started arguing with me. Considering it was Subway food that confirmed the allergyin the past, I cannot take chances. They didn't care and when he stared hacking on the bread I said forget it and left. We went in on a Sunday afternoon. We order 2 Footlong sandwiches. They were made really good and neatly. The 3 employees Alexis,... Alicia and Alex were very good employees to us. We ate are sandwiches inside very clean and quiet. We do recommend this subway.Will be back again. Keep up the good work. ???????????????????????? Read more

The past three times I?ve been here the employees making the sub literally just throw the sandwich together. They don?t care if... the ends have evenly distributed veggies. Twice I?ve order online and both time my notes were not read requesting sauce on side.Last time I was there I ordered curbside and was told the order was ready. Waited then called again saying I was there and 3people where there and asked me to come in and get it. Staff really could be kinder to their customers and welcome them andengage the customers. I come here very often only because my work is across the street. Never fails. My sandwich is usually never done or they either... did it wrong. And I get attitude if they have to make it on the spot. I came in on my lunch and I didn?t see my order I prepaidfor online and when I told them I had an order for Christina. The guy in the front, without checking the computer, just says ?wedon?t have an order for Christina? and when I pulled up my email for my order I said well I ordered it and paid online. And thegirl behind the counter came to help and said she couldn?t find my name and made sure I had the right address but the guyinsisted I must?ve ordered from another subway location when I know it was that location I ordered from, but the young girlwithout hesitation helped me and made my sandwich on the spot. The guy just went to the back. I don?t think I?ll be coming hereagain. I always have a bad experience. Read more

Very slow and unprofessional. Walked in to find one of the employees sitting on food counter? Cameras everywhere but obviously... no one was monitoring them. One employee was working up front making sandwiches and was struggling but no one helped out. Heneeded training on making sandwiches and just about everything else. The other two employees were in the back giggling and nothelping up front. It was really sad. The counters and floors were a mess and ultimately didn?t have a good feeling about eatinganything from there so we just got our money back and returned the sandwiches The owner needs to look at the cameras around 5pmon 10/9/21. I have never had this experience at any subway I have visited and I love Subway. I will not go back to thislocation. Read more
