1st off the gentleman was kind working tonight who checked me out. However little.miss thing who.made my sandwich was very rude,... and wanted to make my sandwich in 1 second or less. She needs a major attitude adjustment. When I asked what types of bread shehad you couldn't understand her because she said them when she was turned away from me. When I was adding vegetables she keptsaying and what else what else, instead of waiting for me to look around. No one was in line behind me so she did not need torush me like that. Honestly after the bread part I wanted to walk out. I didn't cach her name but it's 6:05pm, tuesday nightthe 25th January, and she should be talked to.about her attitude. I placed an online order a few weeks ago never received confirmation and it showed my card declined. Later that evening I... checked my bank account and the transaction was taken out. Food was fresh. Cookies were soft. The only thing I would have to say is customer service could of been a little better. 3... employees, full restaurant with doing their best to stay apart plus a line outside. Employees acted as if their was no sense tomove the line a long. One came back from break and said something both the customer and the coworker made a joke she was notready to be back. Came in at noon on Sun, 01/10/2021. There was no rush and only one employee working. My sandwich was done, but instead of just... charging me for it so I can leave, the employee set my sub aside and began making someone else?s sandwich. If you look closely, the majority of these cookies are only a picture. There is only Raisin and Peanut Butter. They were... completely out of chocolate chip. They said they havent had time to make any and its 3pm. They also have advertised, "FREECookie with meal purchase!" I used the bathroom to find out theres no toilet seat covers, toilet paper or paper towels.These arethe types of places that make me wonder what goes on in the back when food is being prepared.
