Today I ordered #11( chicken bacon sandwich) with crosscut fries, ice tea, and a bottled water. The meal was delicious, and I'm... not sure if it was a mistake or a magnificent advertising plan, but in my crosscut fries there was one cheese filled crosscutset of fries that tasted magnificent! Super rude customer service and unprofessional staff. Two people came in after me and got their food first I waited over 15... minutes for my food. And I was there for a pick up. Physically at the time I can see two bags under the food heater. Afterasking what?s taking a long time the kid was laughing at me and their response was they thought I left. I?m sitting 5 feet infront of you? maybe they need someone that can see and take their job more serious rather then a joke. Read more
