We usually have never had any problems going here. My family loves this place and the atmosphere. Unfortunately we had an... extremely horrible experience yesterday. The waiter was not friendly at all took forever to bring us our drinks even longer totake our order. When we did finally get our food that was the last time we saw him. He never came back to check on us we nevergot refills and when we were done eating we had to flag down another waitress to bring us our check and a box. The next day myhusband was looking at his bank account and we discovered that the waiter had given himself a 10 dollar tip on our credit cardand also over charged us for our bill. When I called to speak to a manager I was told I'm sorry and I refunded your 10 dollarsback. As a manager I would have at least comped part of the bill and reassured me that the waiter in quest would be disciplined.Cause now I'm wondering how many other people he has done this too. This is a nice place to come hang out, get great service, and large portions of classic American dishes. The outdoor patio is a... great place for large groups. Make sure to specify your side dish or else it will arrive with fries. The beer was good, ?ThisIPA? was balanced and full of classic India Pale Ale flavor. Read more

I just went back to 7th Street Pub for the first time since Covid and new owners. First the positives. I really like the new... pavilion. It's beautiful. The beer was actually cold, which is new. The service was good. It always is. But my food wasn't. Iwasn't told that the droopy, "hand cut" fries were an extra $2. Fries shouldn't look and taste like a fat noodle. My $14 Reubenwas so wet, it wouldn't hold together. The really wet corned beef was sparse, and tucked in around a large scoop of really wetsauerkraut, right in the middle of the sandwich. I hope they aren't out of the wings again when I go back. 7Th Street Pub is,and always has been one of my favorite spots in Redmond. Read more

Great food and more than filling. Staff was friendly and nice to work with. Mozzarella sticks are better than most. The don't... appear to be the frozen, drop in the oil, kind. I had the fish and chips, which was very good as well. Would recommend. Read more

Good food, great service! Emily was very attentive and informative regarding food options and beer selection. The menu was... diverse and definitely deserves a stop for beer fans. Even during a rush, my group didn't feel pressured or ignored. Wouldabsolutely recommend and return again! Read more

I liked this cascade lakes pub. It a family friendly Berlin you expect in central Oregon. Good service and food, with great... beer. Full bar and menu for just about any pub fare. Clean throughout. Off street parking available. The outside patio is underconstruction but looks like it will be nice. Read more

The service has always been nice, but each of the two times we have been there, the pizza has been sub par. We thought the first... time might have been a fluke, but the second time proved that it was not. The Canadian bacon and pineapple was dismal at best.No sauce that we should see and very little on the way of toppings. The sausage/ mushroom pizza was marginally better. Read more
