The ladies were awesome in helping me for my first time
Normally I have a good experience at this kiosk but this busy Saturday morning our large drinks were given to us in medium cups... and when we pointed out the mistake we were met with a lot of attitude from the baristas. We were told that there is basicallyno difference it?s just more milk. But my bank account knows the difference? I paid for a large. Like I said, it was busy and Iknow they were making drinks as quickly as possible, but customer service should never take a back seat, no matter how busy itgets. Read more

Always quick, they're super nice, never gotten an order wrong in my experience. We come here very often.
Great customer service. Drive through has runner to take orders and move cars quickly . Drinks taste good. Usually ask how your... day is and what you are up to . Truly have good conversations with employees. Great job Dutch! Read more

I used to love this location,but as of late it's been nothing less of a struggle to get coffee. I just waited over 25 minutes... for my coffee and when we got to the window, 1 of 3 employees were working at a fast pace, and that person was one with a caston his leg. The other 2 chose to work slow and it didn't appear they were communicating. I understand everyone is short staffed,but there is no excuse for a 20 minute wait in a coffee drive thru with only 4 cars in front. To kick it off, the coffee is lessthan tasty. I will just go back to the 97 location even though it's a drive from me. Read more
