The girl behind the counter (no name tag) pretty Hispanic girl was super super rude to the other employee that was working she... was screaming at him about EVERYTHING she was slamming and kicking doors closed she was awful. This made me very uncomfortablejust waiting for my pizza. The gentlemen that was working took it better then I would have he just kept doing his job and lether have her screaming fits. iIgive him props in would if walked out and left her by herself. She didn?t have a name tag but the the Hispanic girl there was raising her voice at other employees, slamming doors and giving... customers that walked in dirty looks. Tried to call several times with no answer, went to the establishment to pick up 20 pizzas, was informed an order like that... would require a week's notice. Looking at the pizza racks, there were only 2 pizzas. For a business that's model is "hot &ready". 2 pizzas is severely deficient. I understand not having 20, but 2? Also, was informed it would be cash only. It's 2022,90% of the population doesn't carry cash. It was 4 o'clock not dinner rush, clearly the personnel didn't want to work. Read more

Placed an order through little ceasars website tonight. Received a text that the order was canceled. Called little ceasars and... the girl that answered the phone was very very rude. I was just trying to find out why my pizza was canceled and was trying toorder a new pizza but she hung up on me. When I called back she started yelling at me, would not let me talk and hung up on meagain!! I was just trying to order another pizza. You guys are in the pizza making business, right?? I had gone in not knowing the $5 pizzas were no longer a thing. It goes to show I don?t come here often but craved some pizza... what I thought would be quick. I was the only customer when I went in and just ordered a pepperoni pizza. The lady said itwould be 5-10minutes. A door dasher came in plus 5 other customers all but one was given their pizzas before me. All by the waywere told 5-10 minutes regardless of how many different items they ordered. I stood there 20 minutes. She told me it would beready soon. The next time she told me she?d be right with me. (I think they just forgot about me) Finally I got the lady?sattention?she looked so peeved when I asked her about my pepperoni pizza I?d ordered. She gave me an attitude and asked to seemy receipt & asked for my name. Then gave me my pizza. I only saw 3 people in there and they were all doing stuff, but I wasbeing really patient and didn?t find the attitude necessary, especially after 30 minutes.
