My order was the qrong breakfast sandwich and the hashbrown was still cold in the middle and nowhere near cooked to a safe temp.... The lady that brought it out to the pickup spot damn near tossed it in my window and walked off before I could ask her aboutnapkins or check my order. I feel like we could have ordered and recieved our food just as quick at a sit down restaurant. The staff was kind but seemed... unorganized and maybe short handed. My McChicken had a whole salad on it...facing all over the place and mayo in one glob off tothe side. My child's happy meal was hot and fresh though. Read more
The majority of the time the fries are cold and nasty. I don't feel like I should have to ask for fresh fries everytime. ???? ... The staff are always friendly and prompt. Please work on the fries, literally just wasted my $ tonight, fries were so gross noteven my child who eats almost anything, would eat them. Read more
They have their good days and bad days, if the employees actually are trained well or doing their job. There are a few bad... actors at this location but doesn't deter from my business. Parking is tough in this area. The best times to use thedrive-thru is 9am-11am and 1pm-3pm. Usually has less traffic during these times because of the high school. Read more
Word of advice to Mgr. Joshua, when a cashier (Chris) is having troubles ringing up a customer, help him with the register... rather than laugh in the background insisting him to take another payment method. Chris got it corrected eventually afterhaving troubles with a second card and retrying the first. And for Miss Kai, don?t look at customers dumb founded when they askyou for a correct order (pretty much insisting on the customer to take an incorrect order instead of correcting it). Kai readsback the order that I mentioned still trying to hand me the incorrect one. Then sees that I won?t accept it and tells me topull up front like I did something wrong. I?ve gone here many times inside & the drive thru. Yesterday was no different for my past experiences. The people at the window... are friendly. I always get the correct order. And it?s usually fairly quick to get my order & move along in line. Even during alunch rush. I?m honestly really impressed with this location. Keep it up ????? Read more
I like this McDonald's mainly because every time I have visited this restaurant the food has always been nice and hot. Good job... to the McDonald's team I can't say this about all locations but this is a pretty good one and they are fast to get the food out. Read more
This review is unique to this location only on Highland - for some reason non of the staff here know how to input orders... correctly when it comes to the only vegetarian sandwich McDonald?s sells (breakfast specific but they don?t have anylunch/dinner vegetarian sandwiches). I am always either over charged at this location for the sandwich or the staff tells methey don?t sell it. It?s an Egg & Cheese McMuffin! Drove down the street to the location on 97 and they had no problem findingthe button on their register. This has happened sooo many times now and never anywhere but on highland. Maybe the business cando something to make it more understandable for the staff on the order input side of things. Or if you?re going to enter itwrong and then remove ingredients to make it correct, charge the right price. The vegetarian one is cheaper for a reason! Read more
