Im writing a review based on the "owners" response. How very unprofessional to say Boo Hoo to a reviewer. In the past the... service and food suck so I am going to agree. Have been going to Eagle Crest for 20+ years and we still drive into Redmond fora decent meal. Shame of you for your responses. Read more
Be prepared to wait a long time to be seated. The food is mediocre for where it's located. It's a great atmosphere but... management needs to change. Read more
First time to Eagle Crest and we were excited to try out the restaurant. It was busy when we got there but a table was leaving... and offered us their spot. Service was horrible. Really felt like we were bothering them by even showing up. Eventually gotto order but were pretty much ignored from there on out. The food we did get was good and the young lady who was running thefood to tables was the highlight! She was friendly and helpful. Won't be going back. We would rather make the drive intotown. H. Knoepfli, Burlington, Ontario. We arrived at the Eagle Crest Resort at around 6:00 pm tonight, August 6, 2022. We needed a... place for a nice dinner for our family - 4 adults and 2 children. We read the reviews for Niblick & Greene. Some were not great.We decided to go anyways and, to let all of you know, we had a wonderful dinner. Our server, Jessica, was superb. She wasattentive to our little boy’s needs and, indeed, to all of us. The food was excellent. We had two steak salads; the‘special’ of steak, frites, and salad; and the steak with red potatoes and corn. The wine steward was great as well. Irecommend you to go to Niblick & Greene. 5 stars. Never actually ate. Sat at our table for 25 minutes. Plenty of servers standing around but not one approached our table. We... left, we weren't the only ones who left. I have been in the hospitality industry for 30 years and a restaurant owner for 15. Notsure what was going on, plenty of staff on hand doing nothing, so not an employee shortage. I'd also like to say after we left Iread reviews of the restaurant. Whom ever is the one who responds to reviews is quite unprofessional and comments are quitesnarky. Can't wait for my response. We had a tremendous experience this week. Shawn (sp ?) a manager of the restaurant bent over backwards to help us with a... problem with our car. We had cocktails and appetizers on the lovely patio by their large water feature and charming statues.The steamed clams were prepared beautifully! Everyone worked hard to be sure we had an exemplary evening. Thank you! Read more
Date night success! Took only picture of our steak, but everything we ordered was delicious.
Watched some Monday night football. Had their pork chop and shrimp special it was great. Very good service and the manager even... stopped by to check on us. Read more
