Depending on what day you go in for different cooks is the difference in food quality. Disappointed with there food lately... though, either out of everything or tastes like cardboard. Panda you've let me down to many times. And all I can eat there isteriyaki chicken, konpau chkn bejinge beef and steamed veggies. Hard to mess that up, but you find a way. Read more
If you like Asian Style fast food at an affordable price, Panda Express is a good option. Service was mostly prompt and... accurate, but the inside ordering still closes very early which is unfortunate specially for someone who may not have a vehicle.The atmosphere is also a little lackluster due to the nature of drive thru only. For many months, we rarely ever get what we order...or we're missing parts of it. The manager blames it on low staffing. The... doors are locked, so customers are forced to go through the drive thru. Going inside would help to get what we ordered,considering we can observe them bagging our food. Read more
The food was horrible! My all time favorite the honey shrimp was mushy and cold. Not to mention there was hair in the food.... Disgusting! The wait for food anymore in Redmond is long long! I hardly ever leave reviews. I?m the type of person to eat what I was given even if my order gets messed up, but seriously guys... get it together. ANYTIME I order drive through my order is messed up or you forget my drinks or sauce. The food lately has beenjust outright disgusting at this specific location. You can?t seem to complete the simplest of tasks. This is happening over andover. No one should have to be Standing there watching you make their plate just for you to get it right. Thank you. They are only doing drive through orders. The food is good and hot. Ask for napkins and any extra items needed, like forks and... sauces. Good food at a good price! I wish they had tables outside to eat your take away food. It was hard eating Chinese food inthe car. Read more
Food is fresh and mostly healthy. For as good as the food is, the service is equally bad. Food is a 10, the service is a 1. ... You can't place a phone order. The website is usually down. You are forced to come to the store and go through the drive-thru. This is probably due to staffing issues but this has been going on far too long! Management needs to get their act together.
