The person who took my order was very strange. He acted put off by my trying to decide what to put on my stuffed pizza. The... pizza took a very long time coming out and it came out from the back and there was lots of laughing in the back while my pizzawas being made and then he handed it to me with a smirk on his face. I have to say I'm a little creeped out about eating it,wondering if I can trust it. Well here it is in November and I decided to order another Pizza there at Papa Murphy's and theperson who took my order seem to have the same smirky attitude you did last time told me that what I was ordering was actuallysomething with a different name and then proceeded to point me to the menu on the wall it said something completely differentturns out the menu on the wall isn't accurate. I made it clear very clear that I wanted a cowboy pizza stuffed without pepperonithey said that what I really wanted was a big Murphy without pepperoni there was no big Murphy listed on the board so I justsaid okay I trust you the lady you handed me the pizza I should call her a young girl she had an incredibly negative demeanorabsolutely nothing that you would want an employee to show to a customer like she was disgusted to have to do her job. Someone didn't pick up there pizza so they had some at a discount. Was one of the best pizza's ive ever tasted

I was reminded today why I stopped coming here. I ordered my pizza online, approx 2 hours before I needed to pick it up. When I... walked into the store there was a ton of kids just standing around the counter and not a single one welcomed me. I stood therefor a while before a woman poked her head around the corner and said hi. It wasn't until then that someone came to help me. Thekid looking for my pizza just paced infront of the racks, not actually looking at the tags and told me he couldn't find myorder. Another kid came over and was very helpful and ended up pulling my pizza from the back. I remember the days when youwould walk into Papa Murphys and hear "welcome to Papa Murphys" and someone was happy to help you. Now it seems like yournothing but an inconvenience. I've heard kids making fun of other kids infront of customers and completely walk away from makinga pizza to engage in an unwork related conversation all happening in front of leads/management. Always great service, the pizzas are always ready on time and great quality. By far our favorite place to get pizza.

My favorite go to is Mediterranean Delight. Pizza is always ready as promised and the staff is very helpful.

Ordered 2 pizzas over the phone, both my wife and I and I could hear the phone call, Arrived and had only one pizza and it was... wrong. They claimed to have fixed it and made the other pizza, The pizza they fixed was a stuffed pizza so got home cooked itand realized that it had extra stuff in it we didn't like, Didn't find this out until 30 minutes before closing, called was toldi could bring the hot cut pizza back but we live outside of town a ways and didn't have time to make it back before closing sowe're told we are S.O.L. Ordered a half cheese and half veggie and a cowboy. The cowboy was fine but the other one only had a sprinkling of cheese on... the whole pizza. The cheese side was red and not close to being a cheese pizza. Ordered here many times and have not seenanything like this. If i would have saw its condition before i left i would have asked for more toppings but it was underneaththe cowboy pizza. Not sure if its a fluke or bad day with new workers. Will likely be back out of convenience but will certainlybe watching when they make the pies or double check each one before i leave. Read more
