Mr jonitez served me well and greeted with a smile every time! Other employees were very helpful and amazing but the manager... seems to not care about their employees I could hear cussing at them from the kitchen and getting told that?s why they areunderpaid! Definitely not recommended and I will be contacting the BBB cause management needs to be fired!!!! Read more
AVOID! Absolute rip off! Just left after waiting damn near an hour and half ! Ordered a to go meal at 7pm and they didn?t have... it ready till 8:20 - plus I paid 30 bucks and only received my pho and meat - but my shrimp spring roll and rice were missing! Ionly ordered three things! What a rip off! The phone doesn?t work if you call either - Just sent out the door missing half myorder that I PAID for - no pho is $30 bucks alone! Rip off! They did they didn?t make it when I asked but still charged me!Avoid at all cost! The pho here is amazing. It's perfection in a bowl. I've tried the teriyaki chicken also and it was so good. Their prices are... great and they have lunch specials. I really liked the cozy feel with it being so dim, it makes a good ambiance. The Vietnamesecoffee was the best ever. Read more
Really good. I had always made excuses to not go and find a pho restaurant in Bend but i was impressed with the food. The... restaurant is small complex. The dining area is small, dark, but clean. Service was great but this isnt fast food. They seem toget alot of doordash orders and the kitchen isnt big. The wait is worth it. We ordered the pho and bun. Both exceededexpectations and is now our go to thai restaurant. They have a few vegetarian options but the chicken pho was unreal. They havelots of condiments that can be requested. More than other thai places ive been to. They do not have a huge drink selection sodont expect a beer menu that you might be used to at other restaurant. The food is definitely the headliner hear.
