Excellent pizza, wings gave me food poisoning. please cook your poultry and temp it. I lost 3 days of work from throwing up.... their pizza is great and so is their customer service. do not buy wings here unless you want to be crouched over the toilet foran hour. Read more
Pleasantly surprised how much I like the flat bread pizza. We ordered pepperoni extra pepperoni. And it?s so good!
For the second time, I got a completely wrong order. The first time, it was a thin crust with sauce and nothing else. I... complained and they did nothing. This time I ordered pepperoni and sausage with extra cheese, and the cinnabon minis -- what Igot was a plain cheese pizza and a cookie. VERY disappointing. Wow. Just WOW. I have to hand it to them; this has got to be one of the best examples of "Customer Service" I have ever seen. I... Order 2 Pizza's for delivery at 9:22pm. It says "best guess time, 20 to 30 minutes" I think, okay, that's fine. 12pm MIDNIGHTAnd NOTHING! I gave them my complete address. I paid them ON the page i ordered from. I gave them the door code to my apartment.NOTHING. I will NEVER order from this place again. And I intend to go in as soon as they open tomorrow and DEMAND both my food,AND a refund. Everytime I have ever ordered from Pizza Hut they have messed up my order and not brought me the correct items or completely... forgot part of my order (mostly wings). They do nothing to correct their mistakes. I will not ever order from them again! Read more
