Called the store to verify they had the pie I wanted. Ordered it online from there site for pickup. Order was confirmed. Drive... from 30 minutes from near by city to be told they don't have the pie. Staff could care less and couldn't refund me. They are theworst company for the price. Still don't know about refund. Called in a dispute with my cc. I have to wait for the manager tocall. Service sucks. Will look up and make the pie myself for now on. They lost a customer today and they didn't care one bit.Don't waste your time or money. I was very polite and calm. This was the most greasy burger I have ever had. I picked up the burger and there was a puddle on my plate from the grease. The... restaurants air conditioner was not working so I was sweating during my whole meal in misery. The glass of water had a bad tasteto it like chemicals. I would have thought it would have been better being here in Oregon. I mentioned my greasy burger to awaitress and she said people shouldn't eat burgers when that cook is on duty. I was sick to my stomach from eating here todayand I have a cast iron stomach. Very dissapointed. Read more

Over the last 2½ years, this place has spiraled into a hot mess. The server completely got the order wrong. The cooks are... horrible at preparing a simple eggs & hashbrowns order. I ordered over-easy eggs & they were served over cooked. The bacon wasswimming in the grease the potatoes were cooked with. The hash browns were pathetic! They were under cooked & partially raw. I see a lot of older, COVID lockdown era, reviews so I thought I'd give a post COVID one. Food is typical of any Shari's you eat... at; decently priced and portioned, a bit high in salt or sugar depending on what you're ordering. Service at this location wasfast, and my lunch came out nice and hot, side note that I had an early meal at around 10:00 a.m. when restaurants are usuallyslower. This Shari's is nearly emaculate in cleanliness compared to either of the Bend locations, huge plus. Waitresses andhostess were friendly and chatty. My drink never ran out, and I was checked on probably every 15 minutes or so. Recommend thislocation over either Bend location just on cleanliness alone, but also because service was faster and friendlier as well. Read more
Food was typical truck stop cafe affair, service was excellent far better than when we were here a few years prior. Only... complaint is they didn't have much for pies available otherwise this visit would have the full 5 stars. I don't expect much fromplaces like sharia but on a road trip they are inexpensive and have decent food with good vegetarian options most of the time.Our waitress was excellent as was the visit.
