can a manager or SOMEONE please teach these people that you don?t put a chili cheese dog at the bottom of a bag with EVERYTHING... stacked on top of it???????? it smooshes the chili & cheese onto the wrapper which takes it all COMPLETELY off of the hot dogwhen you take it out of the wrapper. they do this. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. You have to rip open the wrapper to scrape off thechili and cheese from it to put BACK onto your hot dog because apparently nobody has common sense enough to think about whatthey?re doing and how the food will turn out. it?s like putting a thing of french fries upside down and letting them fall outall into the bag.. it?s disgusting!! Boneless BBQ wings were horrible. 30 ish crunchy rocks with BBQ sauce poured on part of them. Ive only eaten at Sonic once... before, never again. Visiting for 2 days , so thought it sounded good. Never again. Read more
Not a single drive in spot is open, only 2 spots for door dash and mobile pick up. Drive-thru is always backed up and during... busy hours takes near a half an hour to reach the order speaker. The food quality has decreased. And their customer service ispoor. This used to be one of my go to grab a quick bite places, hope it changes around soon! Read more

Terrible. Every time I go the quality drops further. This time will be the last time. Everything had a burnt taste to it. I got... an M&M Sonic Blast with add ins of peanut butter and cookie dough. I got absolutely no M&Ms and no peanut butter. There was ahandful of cookie dough on top and absolutely none through the rest of it. I paid $6 for a glorified cup of vanilla ice cream. We made the mistake of stopping at this Sonic, yesterday. May 28 Ordered Coney Chili dog. More like a cheese dog. Maybe there... was a tablespoon of chili and the hot dog was pretty disgusting. Fries and tater tots had no seasoning at all and taste of burntoil. Then there was the honey BBQ popcorn chicken, which had very little sauce and were so dry, it was terrible. All in all, wewasted $40 on food, that none of us would eat. Read more

Love the drinks here and the food is good as well. The last few months the signs put up by management have been insulting. I... understand it's frustrating to be understaffed this long, but telling complainers to stuff their complaints unless they'rewilling to turn in an application is out of line. I've never complained about the wait, nor do I intend to, but if you can't beprofessional to your customers you will lose your business. I still frequent this establishment, because the staff has alwaysbeen awesome but the management and leadership has me wondering if I need to go elsewhere. I would also suggest that theyimprove the experience for online orders or just shut it off. Right now if you online order there is often no stall accessibleto pick it up in. The stalls they open up are the first to get blocked by the drive thru line if it's long. You can walk up tothe patio, but there's been times they've even shut off those screens. This leads to a bad experience when I show up and wasteadditional time just to find out my only option is to wait in the drive thru. Improve your signage so that your online ordercustomers aren't left to figure things out for themselves and add to the frustration.
