Friendly and helpful baristas. They are always working hard so be patient when they are busy, especially with the drive-thru.

So today I had to wait 26 minutes in drive thru then get to the window and they say don't have strawberries for my two drinks... I'm like that's ok then they come back and say we have to put water in your strawberry refresher we are not allowed to do itwithout water now I'm like really since when I been getting my drinks like that for ever they couldn't tell me when it startedso I took them and have to say eleven dollars later and the long wait just to get expensive water that's all it was so mad Read more

Very very disappointed the past 4 times of me going to this location my drink has been just milk or very run down on flavor,I... give them another try yesterday i ordered a grande blend Chia with four pumps of chia which they said they normally add twopumps so I got four and for my luck again I get blended milk for the cost of everything going it's very disappointing when thishappens. Update 2 months later and it's still very watered down. Went back through the drive in since lobby was closed and they remade... it. Took a sip before leaving the window and it was again watered down from not emptying the water fully from the milk pitchersafter rinsing. The employee gave me a $4 card to use next time, no refund and it isn't enough to cover the price of the drink. Ihave since stopped going since the new coffee shop in town opened. Lately my peppermint mocha has been tasting very watereddown. Last week (3 visits) it was perfect but on Sunday I received a venti hot chocolate. I turned around and had them remake itbut it was still very watered down, no peppermint flavor and very weak. Went in today and same thing. Gave it to my husband totry since he used to work at Starbucks back in the day and he thinks it has to do with their sanitizing station maybe not beingrinsed out enough or too much water in the pitcher when they steam. This Starbucks is less than a mile from my house but I'llstart going to the one across town instead. The employees here however are very nice and friendly, I just wish I would receivewhat I order. Not worth the worry if my drink will be correct or not. Read more
