Can't come here any longer. 25 minutes in drive thru, 20 minutes to go inside just to get a crummy coffee (used to be good and... consistent). Even gave ourselves an extra 15 minutes on top of our time but no different. Going to the Safeway Starbucks movingforward. Plus this location has poor customer service and always out of drink items. While I am not a coffee drinker, nor do I consume caffeine. The egg white bites are amazing. I used to buy Teavanna teas... frequently. I was upset when the stores closed, and then excited when I heard they were bought by Starbucks. Unfortunately,Starbucks chose to keep a few teas of the wide variety Teavanna carried. None are my favorites, and they do not carry an decaficed tea option. A customer can ask for a decaf tea to be iced, this process takes over 15 minutes and every time I am given acup of warm tea, all the ice is melted. Very disappointing. This is a big deal to me because caffeine gives me migraines. Read more
