Whent here the other day on a Sunday was ganna use the drive thru but there was a guy at the mic yelling cause he had bean... waiting for an obnoxious amount of time and this was after sitting behind him for 10 minutes and there being no one to take theorder. It took him getting out of his truck and hollering into the building asking if any one was there it took several attemptsto get two younger gentleman to appear and actuelly do some work so we all had to go inside. Me giving it the benefit of thedoubt after so many red flags already, I ordered my foot long meat ball sub and some chips cookies and a drink whent home ate myfood and two hours later whent to bed. MOLDED MEAT. That?s all I should need to say. While they were making my sandwich they plopped a ?fresh? bag of sliced ham in the... sandwich line and a huge green-white mold covered some of the ham. I was at this subway enjoying my delicious Spicy Italian sandwich (yummy yummy yum). When suddenly I felt an urge come over me,... I HAD TO PEE!! So as any human being does, I went to use the restroom to relieve myself. I finish up and I see this sign thatsays ?Employees must wash hands before returning to work.? I waited in that restroom for THREE DAYS!!! With dirty and I meanabsolutely FILTHY hands. No employee came. I complain to the staff and I say ?My hands NEVER got washed?. Turns out the handwasher was off duty. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! CUSTOMERS MUST WASH THEIR HANDS!! DONT EVER GO HERE. Read more
Sat at the drive-through speaker for 10+ minutes waiting for someone to come through on the speaker! Watched the car in front of... me go ahead and get their order done and no one came through on the intercom even after they left. If they can?t run the drivethrough during busy times it would be great if they post a sign or something so patrons aren?t waiting there entire lunch breakto maybe get a sandwich. Would have gone inside from the beginning if I knew that was the only way to get food. Not the firsttime with an issue similar at this location. Read more
The staff are friendly and fun, the quality and service are almost always great, and the restaurant is usually very clean.... However, ordering on the app has caused me to get the wrong toppings several times. The one time I went back, I was told it wasmade how I ordered it and was given no sympathy for the error the app caused. As such, I recommend just ordering at the store(inside or at the drive through) because you will get better service and order accuracy. Read more
What a disappointing experience. Two of your female employees were arguing about the timer on the bread oven. When asked if I... wanted my sandwich toasted, I said no. She then proceeded to put it in the toaster. I had to remind her that I didn't want ittoasted. She then said "you don't want the bacon toasted?" I asked if there was a way to toast the bacon without the entiresandwich. When I was asked what veggies I wanted on it, I had to tell her twice on the same item and it never made it to thesandwich. I ordered a cup of soup and it came half filled. I won't be going back. I can be patient with short staff andlonger wait times. It isn't acceptable to have employees arguing and being disregarded on your specific requests. Read more
