I was behind 3 other cars in the drive up at 11:45, they open at noon, behind me is about 4 more cars. After about 10 minutes... the first car pulled up, then the next, line was moving quickly or so I thought. My turn at 11:57, and I am told they'reclosed that I needed to circle back around, and I could not wait 3 minutes on the platform until they opened. By then therewere at least 9 cars behind me. So I left, like the first 2 cars, and will never go back. They might as well close this storedown permanently. Read more

It's a hit or miss with this place. The dining room is still closed and drive-thru times are usually about an hour long, if you... don't catch them at a busy hour. Sometimes they are accurate with their order placing but they miss things sometimes. Theyclose the drive-thru and entire restaurant early. The reason is unknown. Read more

Couldn?t leave half a star otherwise I would?ve. Good luck with their drive through. You could be stuck in that line for hours... before you get to place your order. Cheaper and more time efficient to cook at home and you will be a lot happier with theresults anyways. Best time to show up is before 5pm. After that you're pretty much screwed. The location makes it even worse, but not like that?s ever stopped anybody from doing anything. Would recommend even just driving to Bend for one of theirlocations Read more

The Lobby was closed for dine in. Apparently it?s only open until 2:00 pm and closed on the weekends. I waited in line in the... drive through for an hour to pick up my mobile order. One car was at the window for 20 minutes. I don?t understand why they theydidn?t tell that car to go park and bring the food out to them. But still after that car left I still waited for another 30minutes. I started to see people coming and going in the lobby. So I thought I would hop out of my car (I was passenger) to seeif I could go inside for my mobile order. Well it turns out you need to be psychic ignore the sign that says they?re closed andjust know you can knock on the door to pick up your mobile order. After an hour of waiting in the drive through, they started mymobile order even though I had checked in online an hour prior. It took one more whole hour to get my food made. When I told thegirl who works in there what was going on. She giggled, said she wasn?t surprised I had waited that long then told me next timeto knock on the door when I have a mobile order like it?s public knowledge. My order was wrong at the end of the two hours butat that point i couldn?t wait any longer. Worst Taco Bell experience I?ve ever had. Also to add to this, the manager parkedtheir red Honda Accord parallel in the parking spaces adjacent to the drive through line locking you into the drive through lineso you couldn?t drive out of it once you pass the garbage can. Waited 22 minutes for my order of 4 items, so much for "fast" food Made the mistake of returning Sept 2022, this time waited 45... minutes! ??????? then they told me they were closed and wouldn't take my order, leaving me trapped in the drive thru line! At7:30pm! Found this photo at the end of the line, behind 7 other cars.. Read more

Ordered 2 bean burritos no onion no red sauce, 3 bean burritos extra bean extra cheese no onion. 4 came no onion no red sauce... with no extra beans or cheese. 1 had plenty of onions in it. Pretty sure the employees can't read a monitor. Won't be goingback. Read more

Pulled into the drive-thru for a late lunch, and had 6 cars in front of me. Normally this would only take 10 minutes, but I was... in line for just over 35 minutes. It was all good though, the window- worker explained that they were, besides filling ourorders, in process of making 300 tacos for firefighters. So the wait was justified. What I love about Taco Bell is that it is byfar the best 'value' as far as fast food joints go I think, with 2 bean and cheese burritos and 2 crunchy tacos filling me upfor less than $6. Thank you Taco Bell for supporting our firefighters! Read more

Manager is very rude and sarcastic. Place order online and paid. Went to pick up order and the manager said they aren't opening... until noon. Told the manager I already paid for my food. She stated it shouldn't have let you and she will hope real hard thatshe can refund it or I can come back two hours later and get it. This taco bell is only consistent on being inconsistent. Read more
