Good food, Terrible Service. It's a shame really, we used to be regulars, but the guy running front of house consistently acts... like he does want to be there. Made an order for take out and found out that it was made wrong when I got home. Attempted togo back to correct, but found that they were closing early (though they didn't lock the doors), and they wouldn't help orcorrect their misunderstanding. Won't be going again. Read more

Update: they?ve recently been much better and I still really enjoy their food. Great local Thai spot. ? I?ve been coming here... for over a year regularly and have really enjoyed the food. The service has always been a little poor because they only have onewaiter that tries to do it all but is not possible when it?s busy (which is often) and the service gets very bad. Theydesperately need to hire another waiter. Also, when I would call ahead he would give me a time of when to get there for when thefood would be ready and I never had an issue until a few months ago when he would tell me it would be ready in 20 minutes and Iwould show up 20 minutes later and would have to wait another 20-40 minutes. One time I showed up after already putting theorder in on the phone and he didn?t put the order in until I got there and tried to pay for it. I?m not sure what is happeningbut they either need to find a new waiter or hire more so that he is not overwhelmed. Read more

I ordered pork pad woon sen take out- I was told on the phone it would be about 15-20 minutes. I arrived to the restaurant about... 45 minutes later. After being in the restaurant waiting at the cash register for about 10 minutes I was finally greeted by theemployee. I informed him I was there to pick up an order and the name that would be on it. I waited an additional 30 or sominutes before he even went to check on the food, just standing around at the front. Finally, he grabbed a to go bag that hadbeen sitting in the window since before I arrived and handed it to me and told me the total. I handed him cash and waited foranother 10 or so minutes to receive my change, which never came. I was running late to work by this point so I told him to goahead and just keep the change and left (he wound up with about a $12 tip which I wouldn?t have given if I had any say). Ifinally make it home with what I think is my food, only to open it and find I was given what looked like chicken fried rice. Icalled and told the gentleman on the phone that I was given the wrong food. He said ?that?s how we make it here?. I told him PadWoon Sen according to their website and menu is a noodle dish and the food I received was only rice and vegetables and the wrongprotein and asked if I could come back and exchange it for what I ordered and paid for. He eventually told me again that?s howthey make it there and hung the phone up on me. Had a lunch date with my daughter. She had yellow curry and I had the Pan Nang curry. Both were excellent. 5 star.

I ordered crab fried rice and ended up with a meal that would have been a pleasant surprise if it had come out of a cat food... can, but not much better. No notable flavor. The calamari was tough to the point of inedible and overly beaded. Very expensivefor very low quality. Read more
