We were on our way to someplace else, but saw the sign and decided to pop by here instead. Ordered coffee, french toast, bacon,... omelet and pancakes, the whole shabang! Right from the start we were happy because the coffee was really good. I mean, it wasn'tthat hot brown water warmed over. No, this is brewed and hearty with a real wake-up flavor that can be enjoyed as is or withcopious amounts of creamer and sugar, whatever your preference. French toast was all right, not dazzling, but decent. Thestrawberry compote with a dish of whipped cream on the side saved it, I will say. Very nice! The omelet with lots of meatymadness to it was enough to share. Pancakes were hearty farm pancakes rather than something light or ethereal, and that's okayas these will stick to your ribs for a while. Bacon, ahh bacon, that there was the best of all. Perfectly cooked and servedwarm, not old and cold like some places. Loved that a lot of regulars were dining, with servers chatting them up andcontributing to the general good atmosphere of the place. This place is good place near Redmond town for weekend brunch cravings. They have delicious varieties of omelettes served with... Choice of toast, hash browns, fruits and bacon strips. The place seems to be crowded at all times so plan before time to go.The restaurant is located in between motels to google maps can mislead at times. They have spacious parking spaces. The serviceis wonderful and super fast. The food is mouth watering and yummy. Omelette had less salt but still it was tasty. In every city I visit I am always looking for the best breakfast restaurants. Specifically restaurants known for making great... pancakes. What better place to try than the ?Pancake House?! Fantastic service, was able to accomodate a group of 8 on the fly and the prices were great for the area, particularly given the... generous portions provided. Solid recommendation for anyone looking for breakfast or some adequately good southernfood. Environment is casual and cozy.
