Asked for BBQ sauce three times. When I asked if they put it in the bag dude said yeah totally. Did not get my sauce.
Really nice staff. They work really hard to move the line quickly which they do. Good food for fast food.
This place is a very good place 2 eat at. My kids loved it, my son whom doesn't ever hardly go outside had to go and get him sum... School clothes and his older sister came with us... I had a blast I don't hardly ever get to spend time with him b cuz he likes2 stay 2 his self but on this day Jack In The Box was there and welcomed us with open arms even was closing and they allowed usto finish eating... They was like don't worry we closing but you don't worry u relax u finish eating it's ok...... Got a value deal for 2 small spicy chicken meals (sandwich, fountain drink and fries). Even small meals were very filling. My... son loved the spicy chicken sandwich. Nice road side east in pleasant weather. And friendly staff too. Plenty of parking spaceavailable! Read more

I was there last night with my husband and the lady at the drive through was being very rude to us. I was trying to explain to... her that we wanted 2 shakes with our meals and she kept telling me she couldn't understand me and to explain myself 3 times andeach time I would open my mouth to try and explain to her she would cut me off. She then just said she didn't want to talkanymore and turned the mic off and told is to drive up to the window. When I got there she gave us alot of attitude and the guysin the back started laughing at us. I felt very embarrassed and at that point wanted to just drive off. This is the 3rd timethis has happened here with very rude customer service. I've never experienced this at any other fast food restaurant. It'sonly when I come here. She was by far the rudest lady I've ever talked to. I really hope she gets fired. A person who acts andtalks like this to customers should not be working there. Read more
My son and I went around 6:00p on a Saturday and almost left because we thought they were closed since there was nobody in the... drive-thru lane and the store seemed dark, but they were open. Service was quick and friendly. The chocolate milkshake,strawberry milkshake, ultimate cheeseburger, and spicy chicken sandwich that my son and I ordered were good.
