Does not respect online order times relative to lines in store. Has happened multiple times now. Ordered ahead for pickup. ... Arrived on time for my order, and proceeded to wait 20 MORE minutes for them to complete my order. Meanwhile, watched them gothrough the entire line 1.5 times. Would have been faster just to wait in line. Totally unacceptable to prioritize the lineover someone waiting for their LATE order. Read more
Amazing experience, went in twice because the customer service was just that great aside from the delicious subs of course. Each... time I was welcomed in. The two guys working there (didn?t catch their names) were very nice and although it was busy I felt okwaiting a bit because of they?re great customer service. I will definitely be going back ! They make great sandwiches but man this place cannot handle the lunch rush at all. If you try ordering online your order will... not be ready on time. Try standing in line they will completely ignore you while they make the online orders. They don't reallywork with any urgency or organization. Read more

Good, casual dining experience. The decor is nicer than most sandwich chains, customer service was okay. I wasn?t impressed with... my chicken parm sandwich (#18) The marinara sauce made the bread soggy so I ended up just picking the chicken out and eating itby itself. Read more
