I?ve been here a few times now and it?s okay. The food is super convenient and usually pretty fast. The flavor and options are... solid. That said, the quality of the food, the meat in particular is poor. The chicken quality is the most questionable. Iwould rather pay more for better quality. I?ve been left wondering both times now if the chicken is just chewy or undercooked.At least once it wasn?t worth the risk. I suspect this is common to this entire franchise, so hope they focus on quality acrossthe board. Read more
0 stars! By far the worst panda. Be careful for the long hair server. Got unlucky with this guy twice this past month. ... Doesn?t clean his hands after sneezing/coughing and touches the serving spoons and containers. Terrible customer service whenasked if ?do you guys wear gloves?. Expect to wait at least 15 mins with this dirty turtle. Will never go here again! Read more
Panda has lots of menu item selections and the price is reasonable. I would put the food on par with most American-Chinese... restaurants. The drawback to this location is they are very understaffed and so the line gets long. Expect to wait. I would bewilling to up my star rating if they bring back our favorite black pepper chicken. Service was great, food was freshly prepared.
I came in to pickup an online order. I showed up 10 minutes after I had received a message stating that my order was ready. When... I walked in, there was a long line so I went directly to the front counter where it said online order pick up. I just stoodthere and didn't get acknowledged after one of the employees walked by me 3 times. One of the cooks in the back just looked atme but never helped and never said anything to the other workers. I understand there was a long line but I was not acknowledgedat all.. And then when I finally said something they hadn't even started my order. Unfortunately I don't have all day to standin there because I was on my lunch break for work. This is a great location, quick and friendly service. I've never had any issues with portions or lack of options nearing close.... I'm sure it happens but I've always had a good experience here. Read more
I was there 30 min before closing time and I found just the noodle and one chicken entree. I wish they had couple more... options. That being said the chicken entree was warm and tender. Read more
I am SHOCKED. I just left and these people work so freaking hard. It was crazy to watch. The line was wrapped around the dining... room and they got us in and out in under 15 minutes. I chose this location because of the beyond orange chicken option and I amimpressed with how quick it they serviced us. It was at least 50 people that they got in and out in no time.
