I thoroughly enjoyed my pizza from this place. I have tried several flavor combinations and thought they were all well made and... full of flavor. I appreciated how there wasn't too much oil on the pizza, so it didn't feel unhealthy. The dough for the pizzaand breadsticks was also just the way I like it. I was amazed at the excellent service I received from the staff and everythingwas made and delivered in a timely manner. I definitely recommend giving the place a try!! Read more
The gluten free pizza tasted ok, but was not a 'safe' food for those very sensitive to wheat. They were generous with pepperoni,... but I asked for extra mushrooms, olives, and artichoke hearts, and I got a light sprinkle of mushrooms and olives and a coupleof dried up pieces of unidentifiable green stuff , literally 2 pieces, of what I think they meant to be artichoke hearts. It's$3 for each extra topping, and I didn't get that much worth of any of it. We ordered a side salad "greek' and it had olives andonions and tomatoes...but the onions were plain white, the feta was nominal, and though we ordered ranch and an extra (.50) sideof italian dressing, we got just the ranch, and that wasn't even enough dressing to dress the salad. I had a pretty awful experience, I miss Tony Maroni's so much (the business that used the be in this location). I went here to... see if their calzones compared, and they didn't. The girl at the front desk couldn't even tell me what the difference betweenthe individual and the large calzone was (except that the large was larger, lol). The calzone tasted exactly like every otherchain pizza, and was overpriced. Read more
This is the freshest, non-greasy pizza I?ve ever had! With other pizzas (and I mean literally every other pizza, including... frozen or take n? bake pizzas), I usually need to take at least 2 paper towels, fold them over, and press down on the pizza. Inseconds, tons of grease soaks through the paper towels and I repeat the process until it stops soaking through. The first timewe ordered from Pizza Factory, I got out my paper towels as usual, pressed down, and? nothing. I picked the paper towel back upoff the pizza, there was a couple of very faint spots that I had to look for to find, that was it. I was pleasantly shocked!Then wondered if it would taste as good - well not to worry, it tastes even better. Our second time ordering from Pizza Factory,I had the same result - the non-greasy pizza was not a fluke! I don?t know what they do to keep it so fresh, but I hope theynever change a thing. :) Oh, and they do much more than pizza - the pastas, breadsticks, desserts? those are all really goodtoo. Consistent pizza, if you like raw dough. First go around we ordered an XL Hawaiian and some cinnamon sticks. There was raw... dough from the center to the crust. The sticks were under baked as well, halfway through they were raw dough. I figured we'dgive the new crew some grace, it's not often you get a properly cooked XL due to the sheer size of the pie. A few weeks laterand we just ordered this medium pepperoni. When I called in the order I specifically asked for the pie to be cooked well-done.The clerk stated, "all of our pizza is cooked well-done" in a matter of fact tone. I insisted for our order to be well donesince the last was raw and was assured this one would be fully cooked. The underside of the pizza is cooked, the top is great,but half the dough is still undercooked and raw. The email response I got from this location said "we're following our standarddough ball size and cook times". I'd look in to that, something in your process is inconsistent. EXCELLENT!!! We have been missing a good pizza place up here on the hill for a long time. I have to say that this pizza is... quality! The closest thing it reminds me of is the old Shakey's pizzerias that used to be in Seattle. This pizza has freshtoppings, great crust, and they have perfected the sauce. A+ Read more

I have had pizza from this place many times at this point. The pizza has been constantly delicious and perfectly cooked every... time. All the ingredients taste fresh and the pizza sauce has a special flavor that is different than any other place that Ihave been at. The breadsticks are just as awesome. The service is exceptional and fast. I would come here everyday if I could.Give this place a try! You will not regret it! Read more
