I was having the worst day, and they cheered me up! The atmosphere is friendly and safe, I highly recommend it.
I walked in to get coffee and stood there for 10 minutes, said hello twice, but was ignored by the lady who is standing infront... of the cash register too busy with her phone. Now I know why our staff doesn't want to go there, they would rather wait in lineacross the street. Customer service??? Good way to loose customers. Read more
Coffee is always good but the best part I like about Starbucks is their customer service 5/5.
There are no negative stars to give. I ordered extra hot chai tea latte, first they gave regular hot. Barista who made coffee... she realized that and she offered me to make other coffee. She told other lady to do that she changed her face and reluctantlymade coffee, it was one of the worst coffee. Read more
Even though there seemed to be 6 baristas on shift, I waited 13 minutes for my con panna. There was a large order in queue... before mine, but it seemed like things could have been expedited more efficiently. The restroom was messy and had clearly notbeen attended to anytime recently. Read more
sorry but not single starbucks that i have been to in Redmond makes my coffee right but it is always so slow I can pick it up 20... min after i order and its still crazy hot that tells me it's just been made in the last 3 to 5 min. thats crazy. but at thesame time i get it. Read more
Very small Starbucks with about 3-4 tables. It is inside the grocery. Normally, the service is fast but there is only one... employee so it depends of your luck. Read more
