Well food was good. But your not leaving that place without shelling out at least $15 clams. Cashier made me spend more money... when I actually order a combo. You figure a combo saves you something, right? He took the order individually and charged me fullprice for everything.... burger combo- 8-9 BUCKS. INDIVUDUALLY adds to 13-14 bucks. "Do the math!" called the manager and instead of being apologetic, she started asking the preparer why they didn't follow the instructions.... Missing items for delivery. i simply asked for the cheesecake since we really felt like cheesecake yet she refused. I explainedthe delivery driver didn't even wait for me to answer the door to verify the order and instead of apologizing she blamedgrubhub. I notice the fries have way too much salt where we couldn't eat them. the burger also had way too much salt. no ketchupor anything was included. when delivered, both tabs were open probably because both bags had grease all over them. Im a regular and tonight's drive through was disappointing. I ordered the new BFC angus burger... and when I got it... they... forgot the angus. I realize this when I get home. Im not going to drive back to complain... my time is worth more than that. Iknow we usually check if we have everything... straws, drinks, fries, etc... but now I have to check if the meat is in theburger? Ridiculous! Update 3/4/2020 went back to the carls jr and Sharon was the supervisor. She made it right by giving me theBFC angus thick burger free. Its pretty good with the beef.
