The sushi is good but they really make you feel unwelcome if you want to eat outside. There are two plastic tables outside the... restaurant and if you want to eat there it has to be in a to-go bag. They should just serve everyone inside the restaurant withpaper plates and plastic containers. And put it in a plastic bag and make them open it. Also the lady directed me to pay usingsome app and I said can I pay cash then she said cash? and looked at me like I was from outer space. But I ate outside andenjoyed my meal as I listened to mariachi music and the slamming of pots and pans. Read more
Got a plate full of raw sushi ( double double roll and side of sushi ) me and my friends ate it and I?m the only one that got... sick a few days later. It?s been two weeks now and I?m still really sick. Everyone read the sign and be aware that raw fish willcause food borne illnesses. Read more
Best happy hour in town.. Everything has Changed since pandemic and they now have you order via internet.. the happy hour is... still great, prices have certainly changed but that's everywhere.. I've been here for lunch with a friend and we ordered 3 happyhour specials and it was perfext.. They have great beer prices as well.. Read more
Great little Sushi place in Redondo Beach. We had the Hoka Hoka too and it was fabu! The teriyaki sauce is really good, and the... wait staff is attentive. I only have one complaint: they need more tables! I hope they grow soon! Definitely recommended!!! Read more
Hoka Hoka Sushi had a great atmosphere and decor ... we ordered takeout and we're happy with the speed at which our food was... ready, the food was great, fresh ingredients, very tasty and beyond our expectations ... we might have over ordered for twopeople but we were hungry and almost finished it all ... would recommend trying their dessert!!! This place has the best happy hour for lunch and dinner. $10.99 gets you basically any special role + 4 price sushi /or/ cali... or spicy tuna 4 pieces rule. Cant go wrong! Eaten here q dozen times and always high quality. Highly recommended Read more
