The food was great burgers onion ring tower, etc but the service needs uplifting. Also the restroom and restaurant furniture are... horribly raggedy including the outside patio. Doesn?t seem like the pics on google show the true condition of this location. Thelemon they brought to me seemed spoiled and unappetizing. RedRobin used to be a place? I would go and feel very happy; I would know I would find the best of the best on gourmet burgers;... where I would find some creative options which I really felt tempted to try. Now it?s just, just, maybe one step up to aMcDonalds? A place to take your family and friends with families for a happy meal fused into a forced happy hour with people youknow you have to tolerate!? So, where do I start? In the burger menu, you find what has turned to be the wildly known veggieoption named ?impossible burger? as the third option. In a menu with more than 10 burger options you find the veggie option notin 8th or 6th, but in 3rd place!? Ok vegetarians, apparently RedRobin is now concerned with you guys as a main customerpersona? Now, I have to point out what I consider to be the main issue: RR reduced the size of their burger patties after thepandemic begun. Why? WHY!!?? The burger patty is thin. THIN!! And if that is not enough, they only serve medium and well done.Yes, you read this right. A Gourmet burger restaurant won?t serve rare, and won?t serve medium rare options. They only have twooptions. And worst: they are only capable of delivering well done. I ordered the rarest possible alternative begging for morerare than medium and they brought me a very well done burger patty. Why are they so afraid of serving undercooked meat here inthe ????????!? I am from Brazil, where logistics sucks for delivering meat from the farms, and supermarket chains save on costby turning off their freezers and refrigerators at night. Great place for a quick bite!! We arrived like at 9pm the staff was super great! We had appetizers the onion ring tower was... delicious. The black n bleu burger was good but was too messy to pick up and eat with your hands, so I used a knife and fork.Great desserts. Michael was our waiter ..great service all the way through!
