Have ordered food online here through the subway app a few times, order is never ready on time even when given extra time.... Instead of doing an order that was placed 45 minutes previously and already paid for they ignored my order to help othercustomers that didn't pre order. Extremely disappointed, especially when I placed the orders with plenty of time to try to havea healthy fast food choice my toddler at a realistic time. Nice to know that if you pay ahead of time you get ignored and putbehind the customers that haven't paid yet. Read more

My family and I have been this redwater location every friday for the past month and we more than pleased with the service we... get. We have been there many times in the past and never had such great service. The 2 girls there tonight are amazing. The onegirl didnt have a nametag so I didnt get her name but she was working with a girl named Dallas. They are both amazing. Verypolite and quick. We were even asked if it was too cold in there! They both are quick to say hi as soon as you walk in. And takethe time to make sure your order is exactly the way you want it. They deserve some praise! Amazing girls!! Read more

Probably the poorest serviced subway I?ve been too. They frequently do not have bread or meats when you go in. Staff isn?t... overly friendly and can?t seem to find a smile either. I thought it was a one off experience but I?ve been here on multiple oftimes and it?s not improved. Good luck if you go in 2hrs before closing as well if you want a meal, most everything will be putaway and the eye roll from the attendant leaves much to be liked about this place. Read more
