****I normally will not post a bad review, but I feel they need to have the opportunity to step up their game. If you ask for... NO mayonnaise, they add extra. They slap together their sandwiches like someone getting leftovers ready to throw on the trash;and their customer service skills are as poor as their sandwich making skills. Came here multiple times, 1st time ordered a habenaro wrap and received it in a salad... no wraps? Let it slide also they never... said anything to me about it. Now today probably my 7th visit and none of the visits I've gotten what I ordered besides a icecape ridiculous!! I ordered a large chille and received something no bigger than a small chille and half a bun. I had ordered a pumpkin spice latte. @ at it tasted like a straight up black coffee. So I gave them a call and they allowed me... to come back and the second one was bomb. As was their customer service when they could have blown me off they were superrespectful Read more
Our order (2 wraps and 2 cravables) was placed at 1:15 - the front counter staff member was excellent (she was in training),... however we waited 15 minutes for our order as the drive thru was obviously the priority. It wasn?t until I asked about our orderthat it was even a tarted. I know that the drive thru is timed, however 15 minutes is an unacceptable wait for restaurantcustomers. Read more
If you are in a rush, do not stop here, whether you go inside or through the drive through, give yourself a good 20 minutes.... Food orders are almost always wrong, drinks are not much better. Service is spacey at best. I typically order just a latte and Iam directed to wait aside every single time. During "roll up the rim", be sure to double check that they scan your points cardsuccessfully, because they won't, and then you miss out of prizes AND your earned points. I have never been parked at any other tims that i've been to besides this one. One cappachino ordered in the drive threw and... parked outside for 10minutes waiting. When you do get your drink its cold. More often then not i'm either parked waiting forsomething simple like a single drink or recieve the order made incorrectly. Speed means nothing to a customer if they don'trecieve what was paid and asked for. Read more
