Ordered on ordering app but they did not make the ice cream. They told me I need to ?cancel? it on the app and pay them via... venmo, and said they cannot receive the money. When I called the ordering app they said I need to contact the merchant and bankto dispute. Very unprofessional. Essentially stole my money and lied to my face. Stay away! Read more

I've just ordered matcha cheesecake and caramel black tea crepe cake. Everything arrived as expected. I like everything!

Placed a pickup order but waited for 30+ mins outside without seeing anyone working on the order! The restaurant seemed to be... closed but they definitely accepted our order and kept delaying the ?ready for pickup time? over and over again! Turns out to becompletely wasting our time!!
