This is the WORST kfc that I have ever gone to. Went on Friday 09-30-22 to get something to eat. I asked for two famous bowls... and the stupid employee only charged me for one. When ordering, he asked me in an inappropriate manner: ?Is there something elsethat you want to order? What else do you want??.There I am waiting for my order, only to find out that I had no straws for mydrinks, my famous bowl, my mom?s meal and some mashed potato with gravy. Hardly any sauces. I got off and went inside and letthe male employee know about the situation. He charged me $8 for another famous bowl. Went back to my car with the second famousbowl in hand. And noticed that I had no straws for my drinks. Went back in and the female employee treated me like trash. When Iasked her for straws she intended to give me spoons. And I said ?i asked you for straws, not spoons?. She then proceeded to getme the straws. Never will I come to this KFC again. Read more

Order drive thru. Told to pull forward and wait. There is no parking goes onto road!! Waited 15 minutes. No sauce in bag.... Treated like garbage having to go in and ask for sauce. Start driving. Reach for frie. No fries in bag. Drive back. Went inAGAIN. I was told I didn't order fries! Go back out to get receipt. Handed it to rude employee female. She looks at receipt likeI have fake receipt. In the meantime of rude lady learning how to read. Window rude girl said I didn't order fries! At thispoint I am done. The box with 8 chicken strips felt light weight. I demanded my money back. She doesn't know how to credit. SaysI gave you fries. Gave me? I paid for their rip off meal deal. As you would expect from a KFC, not much else to report on besides that the food was reasonable, timing was reasonable, and the... staff was friendly. The windows face the direction of the sun setting, which makes the dining area uncomfortably warm, thatwould be the only major complaint. Read more
I tried the app cannot order dark meat only. Tried door dash same thing ordered straight from the store no help they told me to... use the app. All of these are completely worthless. It?s like you don?t want my money. What can be done. Oh also tried on linesame thing. Worthless Read more
I ordered two famous bowls at the drive-thru. Once I got home I realized there was only one famous bowl in the bag. I shared it... with my husband but it was cold, the "chicken" pieces were all breading with no meat, and it tasted rancid overall. (They didnt get my order right. And charged me for something a little more expensive. I'm very disappointed. And they gave me... chicken that had almost nothing on it, I get it's a wing but it shouldn't count as one).....
