Worst McDonald's ever. I'm so sad the woodside McDonald's burned down because this McDonald's sucks. Every time we go there, the... employees usually have an attitude. I ordered curbside this last time and I waited in the car for 15 minutes before I went inand my order was just sitting on the back counter, completely done but just sitting there getting cold. I ordered a sausage McMuffin with egg with mayonnaise I got a piece of sausage too much mayonnaise and a hard dry bread. And I... was already too far to go back. I tried to call the number but it was just continually busy so basically they just stole mymoney cuz I couldn't eat the food. And they were in no rush I was the only one there. Read more
Was ignored for 10 minutes until I was informed the machine was actually broken and I would need to wait another 10 minutes. I... asked why I wasn?t told, that question was ignored and they offered a refund. They then tried to charge me again, which luckilyI caught. The refund took 10 minutes and they then tried to offer me my drink because the machine had been fixed by then. If itwasn?t me being ostracized by the staff it could be funny?in a very sad way. I am giving them a 3 because of nostalgia. I have been going there since I was a child to this particular McDonald's. However, I... went yesterday and ordered a deluxe crispy sandwich and the chicken was raw! Yeah I took a bite and it was chewy, I take a lookand it was pretty raw. Oh the memories of days gone by late night shenanigans and even my first adult scare came at this location. Not that anyone that owns this restaurant cares enough to address this issues or even apologize on behalf of their employees but... its a good fyi for everyone else I love the breakfast and Ive never had a problem whenever i changed my order but today i didall i changed was the drinks. Its not hard to do that but to tell the others that i changed it with an attitude is unacceptable.And to top it off it was the manager. Next time make sure your mic is off. Also when i got my stuff the girl with black nailsand tattoos on gave me a really bad attitude only said ok ok and left instead of apologizing on behalf of the manager if youdon?t like to deal with people don?t work in costumer service it just isn?t for you.
