I was just at Panda and saw one of the employees wearing a black hat and a black shirt being extremely rude, I saw his name tag... said Niraj. He was being rude to the doordashers that were waiting at the end as well. Then I noticed that he was upset andstarted being rude to his other kitchen staff. Panda's quality trademark taste is gone. My orange chicken was 70% fried batter no chicken. Still scheming and up charging folks... for a big plate (three entree) when one only orders a two entree plate only. Or up charging and most recently placing anadditional charge for a survey free item claiming it's a prime item. Survey states any free small entre for taking survey. Read more
