Order a plate on and ended up getting a totally different set of entrees than I order. Then when calling them back they don?t... pick up the phone. I was just at Panda and saw one of the employees wearing a black hat and a black shirt being extremely rude, I saw his name tag... said Niraj. He was being rude to the doordashers that were waiting at the end as well. Then I noticed that he was upset andstarted being rude to his other kitchen staff. He tugged one of the younger employee?s arm to move him out of the way withoutsaying anything. Aside from the poor customer service, the lines are long and it a long waiting period. Read more

Panda's quality trademark taste is gone. My orange chicken was 70% fried batter no chicken. Still scheming and up charging folks... for a big plate (three entree) when one only orders a two entree plate only. Or up charging and most recently placing anadditional charge for a survey free item claiming it's a prime item. Survey states any free small entre for taking survey. Read more
This panda express location is just ???????????????????? if I could give no stars I would. They're always late with online... orders, it seems like they are under staffed. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but this last time I went my orderwasn't ready like always and they shorter me in one of my plate sides so be sure to check you order/plates before youleave...just a bad experience everytime. Literally the worst panda. And I'm Taiwanese so I should I know. My people need to find better staff and get this show together.... I tried to give this place benefit of the doubt but each time they under deliver. Bad service and most of unable to make decentplates. The food is already in front of you. How hard is it to plate them nicely and evenly. I got chow mein today and theydecided to proceed to give me mostly onions instead of noodles. Everytime their ratio is off. Orange chicken is burnt, hard and cold not edible. Customer service was disappointed they were rude and argued with me when I... told them my kid was choking on their food. Only the cashier was kind and understanding. Never going back to this location. Read more
Service is bad. They fill your container up with rice and give you the smallest portion of meat if you aren't paying attention.... Even if you ask for more meat, they add one piece. I would NOT recommend this store, it's a waste of your money. Read more
