This is a Food Trailer located right on the dockside where the fishing boat is moored on weekends. We go there for the fish... tacos which are the best in the Bay area. Saturday and Sunday afternoons there is often live music, so we eat, listen and watchthe sailboats from the nearby Yacht Club. Read more
Really tasty fish and chips! Fish was juicy with a light batter. Fries were crispy and the tartar sauce was unique (in a good... way.) The coleslaw was bland, but overall I enjoyed it. Plenty of food for two people to share, which makes the price ($16) alittle more bearable. Lots of setting by the water, definitely check this food truck out! Read more
Fresh fish, right off the boat! Or opt to pick up a delicious lunch from the affiliated food truck, sit by the water and listen... to the music. Today there was a steel drum musician! We had the fish (fresh grilled halibut) tacos and a kobe beefcheeseburger with bacon. Bring your own adult beverage or favorite drink to wash it all down. Amazing way to spend a Sundayafternoon! Oh, goodness! Best fish and chips I've had in years! Light and crisp, fresh fish and delicious flavors. The sauce is to die for... too. I was so excited to see the number of people waiting in line for both the food truck and the fresh off the boat seafood.What a crew! If you're in luck, you'll also catch some steel drum live music. Significantly overpriced for fried calamari which was under cooked and served on a bed of barely warm generic French fries, and... a flavorless cocktail sauce. The fish tacos were served cold, and may have been good if served hot, will never know. Keep yourmoney, and bring a picnic basket - the location is great. Sadly, Pioneer Seafood is far from it.
