Asked for soy milk in my hot chocolate and they put dairy milk instead. So insensitive
Not the nicest place. You're better off heading to the Starbucks at 2227 Broadway if you're coming in from the train... station. They used to have light seating but cleared it out. The bathrooms are blocked for everybody. There's a lot ofhomeless people around and frequent shouting at the train station, there have even been a few thefts around that I'veexperienced from a distance. Ricky and his team are the best. They always remember my name and go out of their way to say hello, even when busy. While... waiting for my coffee I notice them greeting the majority of customers by name, which goes to show just how awesome they arethat regulars are always coming back. 10/10 exceptional service. Horrible experience with the curbside pickup. I waited for 5-10 mins after their given time in the app, for the last 3 times and... no one came out with the order. When i go inside and question them(3 times), all they is sorryy and one time, one of thebaristas, raised her voice and said "Cant you see the crowd, we are working on it", while my order was ready to be served. I hadan appointment to rush to and because of this delay, I had to cancel my appointment. Read more

Hi I came into Starbucks on 11/17/19 lala and corney was serving the customers, very rude and mad people, lala was trying to... brake the bathroom door on me while I was inside using the bathroom for #2 for about 7 minutes, and when I get out corneystarted to raise her vioce and yell at me, She was also lying saying I was inside the restroom for over 20 minutes in front ofall the customers. I don't believe people like them should be working at customer service. I had my friend who witnessed allthis sitting inside waiting for me. Read more
It's a grab and go Starbucks . Coffee is guaranteed to always be the same coffee we love and enjoy .... They just seemed to be... in a hurry for you to decide and leave . Polite but not to welcoming.. Read more
