Gave a friend of mine the wrong order. We were cellibrating the fact that he hadn't lost an eye because earlier that day he had... accidentally shot himself in the eye with a nail gun. Saturday shift hates people I guess because they wouldn't give him theright thing when we went through again. Really slow drive through also. If I wanted to waste 30 minutes of my life I would go toMcDonald's and order an ice cream while their machine is broken. Dairy queen was a great place until this experience. Once theSaturday shift gets an iq point that they can pass around amongst each other I will consider going again. Until then I will takemy business to burger King. Thank you for coming to my tedtalk. hi so i just came in last week and i ordered a hot dog . the worker girl named waggy said they were out and i was like ?it?s... dairy queen, you guys sell hotdogs? and then i pulled up a menu online and showed her . she told me one moment and walked to theback, she came back with a hot dog no bun in her bare hands and slapped me across the face with it. she said after that ?sorry,NOW we?re out of hotdogs? i am so disappointed, disgusted, and most of all my feelings are hurt . Today was the last day that broke the camels back. Im done with you guys. Can't even make a simple chocolate Sunday properly.... They put the ice cream cone chocolate on my Sunday. Gave you guys several chances...cant do it any more. Will go to other dairyqueens. This used to be the best dairy queen around. Read more
4 workers, 2 tables with customers, several dine in or drive through customers were turned away after our order because it was... "too busy." No workers in kitchen or at counter when we wanted to get our ice cream treats. Read more
was an awful experience!!!! they got my order wrong twice!!! had to wait over 20 mins to get my order taken then 15 or 20 just... to get my ice cream when it came out it was wrong tried to fix it but they messed up again !!! on top of that they were pplahead of me that the staff messed up on they're orders as well. NEVER HAD SUCH BAD SERVICE IN MY LIFE. Read more
Absolutely the WORST place I?ve ever been to. The people working were in their pajamas. Terrible customer service. The ice cream... maker didn?t work, so we waited 30 minutes before they told us it wasn?t going to work again. When we asked for our money back,they told us they couldn?t do that without a manager. When we asked for the manager?s number, they just repeated themselves.Awful. There were several cars in the drive thru, and not one of the five employees working went out to let them know what wasgoing on. We will never go there again. Worst ice cream ever!!!! Im from out of town and my sister n i stopped for a cake n a blizzard, the blizzard looked like baby... food and tasted of nothing but Graham crackers horrible!! Such a let down. Never stopping there again when i visit. Read more
