Today I went to McDonald's and like always they do not add my condiments that I needed the lady at the counter had a mean face.... They gave me a egg muffin instead of the biscuit that I wanted. I didn't get jam or jelly so I went and asked the crew personand she said there was no jelly and she said she will look for some if she finds it. Then I went back to ask for my biscuit andthat same girl pointing me to the manager and said to ask the manager so I asked the manager for my biscuit and she said yes andasked her for jelly and she said yes she brought me some jelly and it was right there where that girl was working so I guess thegirl lied to me. Went back to my table I started to eat the biscuit and I noticed it tasted like sour milk. After a little bitmy $15 breakfast turned into the McDonald's toilet I threw up. Came through this drive thru and paid with cash just to be given fake bills back as my change? & when I called the store back... about this issue the manager laughed and said there nothing that they could do for me.. so I just paid with my hard workingmoney just to be robbed by this store after giving them my business n laughed at for trying to resolve it appropriately. Food wasn't hot or fresh. Cashier's didn't want to give condiments had to ask the manager. Only one cashier working the front... register. The biscuits made my husband vomit immediately. Read more
STAY. AWAY. In the amount of time you stay waiting for a mobile order, being the only car in the drive thru, or sitting by... yourself in the dining room waiting for your food, you?d be better off driving to one of the surrounding MCD?s. So at first my order was a chicken sandwich meal with a drink upgrade of a mango smoothie bcuz they didnt have banana... strawberry..plus a kids meal with apple juice. I go up to the first window to pay and she reads me the order that mentions thekids meal with apple juice and i say yes that order,i pay, proceed to get to nxt window..i only get a happy meal with a fantasoda..i said i didnt order a soda and i need the rest of my order..turns out i didnt pay for the ACTUAL ORDER i placed ..i paidthe person behind me..then i finally got all my orders ..i then see my sandwich and it was raw inside but really crispy andburnt on the outside and the fries did not have ANY salt. The slowest McDonald's ever. Went inside to get a large coke, waited about 15 minutes to place my order, then another 10 minutes... to get my soda. Reedley needs better and faster service. So disappointed Read more
