Waitress was rude, instead of saying ?is everything okay? she told me and my son ?are you almost done with your food? like we... are paying customer we shouldn?t be treated like we are there eating for free. Most importantly, the quality of the food was absolutely fantastic. They don't compromise at all on the ingredients or effort... put into the meal. The two negative notes from me are: 1. You have to order when you come in, before you sit down. It feelsrushed. 2. The cooks seemed overwhelmed. Getting our meal took quite a while. All things considered though, it was a deliciousmeal, and a comfortable dining room. Nice staff as well. I'd definitely go back. Read more

Went here last night. The time before I said I wouldn't go back because of the customer service. It was probably 6:45ish and... my friend and I were made to feel like we needed to get ourselves up and out of there. We probably spent $50 each on meal anddrink.... and then were made to feel very uncomfortable. An establishment that doesn't appreciate it's customers for sure!(this was the time before and reason I said I wouldn't go back). Went back because my son wanted to eat there (we were going outto dinner to celebrate his new job). There were 3-4 tables open, but the only 2 that could accommodate 5 had just placed theirorder. We asked if we could add a chair to one of the other tables. We were told no because it wouldn't leave enough room forservers. Not true at all. The restaurant spread tables out when covid hit and there is plenty of room for clearance. Therewould have been no issue to add another chair as far as being in the way or causing any kind of hazard or safety issue. Even so,that wasn't why we left... the girl at the front was incredibly rude. No smile, no hello, no I'm sorry, just a blank annoyedglare like we were bothering her. To be honest, I think she was happy we left!! I have been in customer service for 30 yearsand know good service from bad.... this was bad. I guess the food keeps people coming back (as well as lack of restaurants inReedley), because I don't know why anyone would continue to give their money to this establishment. Love the chicken teriyaki bento box and my husband loves the sushi. It's worth every penny.

SANSEI has been a family favorite since I was a kid! They have the best sushi around, I prefer it over any fancy sushi place in... Fresno or Visalia, also their Japanese cuisine is delicious. Service is mostly good, some waitresses are rude, sometimes itssuper busy, but it is my favorite restaurant in Reedley, probably my favorite in all central California. #sushi #thebest Read more

Best sushi place I?ve been to in a while!! Definitely worth the wait, prices are very reasonable and the sushi is very fresh!!... And if you are in a hurry, take out is the way to go!!
