We have yet to experience any of the good reviews that people are putting out for this place. In the last 2 years, we have... visited 3 times. The most recently just a couple of weeks ago. Once was a fish fry, then the other two times, a Sat night. Neverwas the place busy any of the 3 times, but with the wait on service, drinks, and food, you would think there was a line out thedoor. Our most recent visit, we ordered a prime rib, and the surf and turf. My husband ordered the surf and turf Med, it cameout WELL, and the fried shrimp were burnt. We made our waitress aware, and spoke with the manager, whom both DID do a great jobmaking it right, and were very polite about it. It's just frustrating when we were one of 2, maybe 3 tables in there, and thequality of service AND food was poor. The price we paid for these meals, everything should have been to notch. I know everyoneis short staffed these days, but I working in the industry myself, and being short staffed as well, there is never an excuse forpoor / slow service. We really wanted this place to be a go to for us as it's close to home, reason why we kept giving it ashot, but 3 strikes you're out! Read more
A group of 4 have been here twice. The first time service and food was good. Nothing to complain about. The second visit was... not the greatest. This was about 2 weeks ago. We got seated, got menus, and then that was it for 20 minutes. No one came to seeus about drinks or to take our food order. Within those 20 minutes we noticed that service in general was slow for the othertables. Near the end of the 20 minutes without drink order taken or anyone stopping at the table, our party got up and left. Welet the hostess know of the situation and she was in shock. I am averaging my ratings from both visits. Just not sure whathappened on that second visit. Might have been staff shortages for the night or just a a busy long day for the staff. We areout of the area but have family that we visit from time to time. We may try to stop out again in a few weeks. Read more

Five of us had a meal there recently. I heard no complaints from the others. I was the only one who ordered deep fried fish... (Friday night). It was the worst fish I have ever had. It looked like three hard egg rolls. They were hard, dry and tasted likethey looked. I was concerned from the start since the place had few customers on a Friday evening when most restaurants are verybusy on fish fry night. Don?t get the deep fried fish. Read more
Good local pub. Has a wide selection for drinks. A bit more upscale for dinner so can be a date night, but lunch is where it's... at with the bourbon burger. Dog friendly patio. Staff was friendly and service was good. Read more
Wonderfully warm atmosphere, large bar area, plenty of seating. Food was fantastic, appetizers large, biggest Ahi tuna appetizer... I've ever had! Read more
Such a wonderful experience! We went in a little after the kitchen had closed, but they let us order from what they still had... available that they could make quickly. After we mentioned it was my grandma?s birthday, they offered her a free dessert. Wewill be back here next year when we stay in Reedsburg! Read more
