Maybe it was that shift or something they got my order wrong so I had to walk in and they were all lost. After they FINALLY... figured it out they forgot our fries. I had to go in 3 times!!! And on top of that the food was cold ????amazing ha. Read more
Pull up to the drive thru, no other cars in it at all, and was told I needed to wait a few minutes as they were in the middle of... shift change. I wait. I ordered a 5 later burrito with Fiesta strips and an iced coffee. Pull forward, got my burrito, but nocoffee. I was asked to pay a different amount, told them that was wrong and then paid the correct amount. While waiting on mycoffee, I opened my burrito...no Fiesta strips. I checked the receipt to see I was charged for the strips and also for addingbacon, which was also not in the burrito or the bag. I was able to get the strips, I handed her my receipt to get my money backfor the bacon, but was never offered it before someone new appears at the window and asks what I'm waiting on. About 12 min atthe window according to their clock, I am handed an iced creamer. Literally it was almost white, and tasted like creamer, notcoffee. I was just ready to get out of there at that point so I forgot about getting money back and left. I can safely sayI'll never hit up this drive thru again. Read more

Service has been awful lately. Wish there was another in the area we could go to. Good luck going into the lobby. They always... have it closed during normal hours. When you go through the drive through, they make you pull in a spot and wait for 10-30 mins.Then they don?t know which car had which order, so they end up coming to your car with the wrong order about 5 times. Sucksbecause they used to be so great. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. After placing a mobile order we got into drive through line just after 8 pm. 3 cars ahead of... us. Finally got to window about 8:35... watched employee lock doors while we waited. Were asked to pull ahead, finally got foodat 8:41. Found we were missing a big portion of our order but to complain we would have to get back into drive thru since doorswere locked. No way as we were only halfway through an 8 hour drive and that was supposed to be fast food. Filed a complainttwice so far through app and website and zero reply from Taco Bell. At the very least I need a refund. Read more

Food was hot and good however we had to pull into a parking spot and wait 20 minutes for them to bring it out to us. They must... be short staffed like everyone else because the girl who took our order and payment was the one bringing out the food to carswaiting. She was very nice though. There were about 7 cars waiting at once. You may not want to come here if you want "fast"food. Read more

They gave our food to the wrong person in the car next to us and when we went back to the drive Thur another woman was there and... she was acting as if we was lying about not getting our food so she had us park. After watching several cars go through thedrive thur with their food we came inside through the gas station because their doors was locked and had to argue the lady downbecause she told her co workers not to worry about us because they about to closed anyways. We been outside this Taco Bell inSt. George SC since 10:54pm until after 11:45pm trying to get our food. Read more

The food was fine for a quick bite while traveling North on I-95 and will stop again in the future. Just wish it was a little... cleaner. A bonus is that it is attached to a Shell Gas Station - I use the Shell 93 Octane fuel to feed the 2 turbos in my SUVas Shell is one of the best rated "Top Tier" gas stations. And yes, Top Tier is a real thing. Read more

Service is ever slow/ sloppy. Took 30 mins to get someone to come to the counter to talk about my messed up order. Drive thru... worker doesn?t care about his job or the works he?s doing.
